(English: Good afternoon, distinguished guests. I am Yedda Palemeq, CEO of Indigenous Peoples' Cultural Foundation. I am very happy to be here on behalf of my organization IPCF.)

(English: IPCF merged with Taiwan Indigenous TV in 2014. These years, IPCF supports the mandate of the Indigenous Science Award by broadcasting, producing special program, and airing the award ceremony. The mandate is "Discover indigenous science". )

(English: Pass on indigenous language, culture and wisdom is our most important responsibility at IPCF. By supporting the Indigenous Science Award and the work of discovering indigenous traditional science, IPCF is also fulfilling its responsibility.)

(English: Since 2010 [2008] until 2012, IPCF produced the program "科學小原子", which was very popular among our audience. This year, we are producing "kakudaan 時光機", a program that takes our crew to the mountain, waters and archaeological sites in indigenous regions to learn about wisdom belonging to our ancestors. These programs show that IPCF respects traditional culture as well as believe in the value of traditional culture in helping indigenous peoples cope with modernity.)

(English: We believe the more we know our indigenous identity, the more we will love ourselves. By running TITV and Alian 96.3, the Indigenous Radio to be launched on 9th August, IPCF intends to help our peoples to know our language and culture better, so as to love ourselves better.)
