This is to my current knowledge solely found in Ferrell. The same meaning is conveyed with maqati or saigu or macaqu in nowadays Paiwan. 

dikiru aken. 

Ferrell translation: 

I can do it.

1. dikiru: be able, loanword from Japanese. 
2. aken: I, 1st person SIG NOM

Ferrell translation: 

He can see.
