Word gloss:

1. djaljaw-u: quick, imperative for the hearer. The root is djaljaw 'fast, speedy'; -u 'imperative end case marker for the hearer only'.  
2. ka-djaljaw-u: You do it quickly. ka- 'used as an inchoative marker'. 
3. ka-djaljaw-i: We do it quickly. -i 'imperative end case marker for the speaker and the hearer'. 
4. me-djaljaw: to become quicker. me- 'used as agent marker for certain verbs, usually involving change of status'. 
5. pa-pe-djaljaw: to cause something to become quicker. pa- 'to cause to be, usually does not involve secondary agent'; pe- 'to emerge, come into view'.
